The Welfare System and the NHS in the UK






A welfare system is  social system whereby the state assumes primary responsibility for the welfare of its citizens, as in matters of health care, education, employment, and social security and also system in which the government undertakes the chief responsibility for providing for the social and economic security of its population, usually through unemployment insurance, old-age pensions, and other social-security measures.





In United Kingdom the social walfare was establish in 1904. These programs includes the passing of Old-Age pension was evoved in 1908


 NHS

 

                        The NHS help in brightening the future of the UK. It provides health care to the citizen, the NHS assets the population by providing free heath care for all citizens of the United Kingdom.

 The service provided by the doctor are good and good quality,but not all agree because it is free and the population of United Kingdom is gaining rapidly.
